Rimon Consulting & Management Services Ltd. engages in providing solutions in water, wastewater, energy and gas infrastructures. It operates through the following segments: Energy, Water, Infrastructures Execution in Israel, and Infrastructures Execution Abroad. The Energy segment initiates, finances, establishes, and operates a low-pressure natural gas distribution network, factory power plants and green energy facilities, and also operates in the field of management, distribution, and collection of electricity networks in the rural and kibbutz sectors. The Water segment deals with initiation, planning, and execution of flowing infrastructures in Israel and abroad, operation and sale of effluent and fresh water for agriculture and drinking water as well as in the sale of systems for municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment. The Infrastructures Execution in Israel segment carries out projects in the fields of water and energy. It specializes in laying water and gas pipelines in large diameters, construction of water and sewage pumping stations, large water reservoirs and water treatment infrastructures. The Infrastructures Execution Abroad segment covers projects for the construction of water infrastructure in agricultural and urban areas in West Africa. The company was founded by Yossef Elmalem on March 31, 1997 and is headquartered in Caesarea, Israel.
