XAUUSD ON SELLING SIDE.As have discussed in our Multitime frame detailed analysis that after the broke of 2665-2670 support area market in in rangbound from 2660-2630 area. What possible scenario do we have? we were expecting the market to retest that 2660 level before futher downward movement and now its happened. On the other hand if market breaks the 2670 and gives the H4 candle closes above our bearish charts will be invaild. Furthermore, we are on looking on sellers volume and our targets will be 2645 first then 2630.

XAUUSD Testing The Idea That Trend Keeps TrendingPreviously when I am doing the DCA thing, I would long when price is at support, and when price breaks through support, I would continue to DCA. However, now I have a new idea since last week, that is to trade in the direction of the current wave's trend while taking into account the overall trend and market condition. Now, even though I believe that a finite resource such as gold (at least on earth), would increase in price in the long run, but it has it's own cycles of ups and downs in the short run, and in this current cycle, I believe it is going to go downwards. Even though price is obviously at a minor Support area currently, but I am going to short XAUUSD because the trend is down, now. Unless if price really pushes itself upwards, and trends upwards, otherwise I have zero reason to be buying right now. Alrighty now, I am not buying now. I am just testing this idea out and journalling it here for all to see if anyone is interested. We shall see how it goes. TLDR : Price trends in one direction, buy in that direction. If price reverses in the opposite direction completely, we would close the current positions and open new positions in the new direction. 1439SGT 16122024

Facts: - reached the top of a trendline that dates back to the 1980’s which I’ve seen other pros call the “1980’s battle-line” 👀 Monthly TF - volume coincides with some braking power - RSI seems pointy downward - the 2015 trendline looks magnetic - the weekly candle just closed 13th Dec speaks for itself - zoom for that one. - the short term MA and FVG traders will be busy (or tired) - the head and shoulders on that record high - you could frame that - Wyckoff scout cracked through Ice - as a ship on the trading seas then I would say this is a tack to the bear side, no rush though… see you in a few months/years? Patience probably for price to hit 2,150. What could detract from golds appeal? Better opportunity cost elsewhere that gets faster returns? Could it get worse on the global political situation than it is right now really? Has the very recent (last 2 week) global escalations driven peaks beyond the high (no it hasn't)? XAU/USD 12.12.2024OANDA:XAUUSD Hello Traders, Today, we’re taking a closer look at gold. As expected, gold is moving down in an ABC structure (yellow) within our larger orange wave 4. From here, we can anticipate either a 12345 structure or, if the price moves sideways, another ABC structure leading up to wave 5. Wave 4 has likely reached its bottom, though there is still a possibility of a further decline to the 61% Fibonacci level. However, I consider this scenario unlikely. Overall, we are once again looking for higher prices in the near future.

GOLD → Wedge has formed. From a technical perspective, gold is attempting to escape the battlefield, crossing a key resistance level. A breakout at 2687 has already been established. WEEKLY CHART MID/LONG TERM ROUTE MAPHey Everyone, Another update on the weekly chart idea we have been tracking for over a month now and still playing out as analysed. As stated already this chart allowed us to project the long term corrections and direction. We are using this chart to track our bullish targets until no ema5 lock to confirm rejections on the levels. The channel top is continuing to provide support like we stated last week, although we saw candle body close below the channel 2 weeks ago, there was no ema5 break into the channel confirming the support and rejection, which allowed us to identify the fake-out and confirm the support. This is the beauty of our Gold channels, which we draw in our unique way, using averages rather than the price. This enables us to identify fake-outs and breakouts clearly, as minimal noise in the way our channels are drawn. As long as we see no lock below into the channel, we cane safely continue with our plans to buy dips in this range. We will continue to track the movement down and trade the bounces up, inline with our plans to buy dips, using our smaller time-frames, keeping in mind the long range gaps above for the future. GOLD MONTHLY CHART LONG TERM/RANGE ROUTE MAPHey Everyone, This is the monthly chart idea for our long term/range analysis, which we shared last update in November. Previously after completing the bull targets, we were left with a big detachment to ema5. This was hit and completed for the correction, as highlighted by the circle on the chart, which also gave the bounce, allowing us to buy dips inline with our plans. This month also started with a detachment to ema5 below for a correction, which was nearly completed and can be pulled up to complete, also highlighted with a small mini circle on the charts for visual purpose. This area above 2689 is a strong level of support with ema5 providing dynamic support now for a bounce. Each of the lower Goldturn levels below are likely to give re-actional bounces just like our shorter time frame ideas. However, we will keep in mind the channel top that may require a support test. We will continue use all support structures, across all our multi time frame chart ideas to buy dips also keeping in mind our long term gap above. Short term we may look bearish but looking at the monthly chart allows us to see the bigger picture and the overall long term Bullish trend.
