I.B.I. Investment House Ltd. is a holding company, which engages in the provision of investment management and trading services. It operates through the following segments: Trading and Custody Services, Underwriting, Distribution, and Issue Management, Capital Management and Operation Services, and Pension Agencies and Financing. The Trading and Custody Services segment buys and sells securities and financial assets for clients, security trading services, market making services and foreign exchange conversions, and credit for securities activities. The Underwriting, Distribution, and Issue Management segment provides underwriting, distribution, and issue management services. The Capital Management and Operation Services segment offers financial services to start-up companies. The Pension Agencies and Financing segment refers to the provision of financial planning and consulting, insurance, and pension marketing services. The company was founded by Zvi Lubetzky, David Weisberg, and Emanuel Kook on November 16, 1981 and is headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel.
