LMS Compliance Ltd. engages in the provision of testing and certification services. It operates through the following segments: Testing and Assessment, Certification, Trading, and Distribution of Conformity Assessment Technology. The Testing and Assessment segment offers laboratory testing and assessment services. The Certification segment handles audit and management system certification services. The Trading segment includes trading and distribution of chemicals, testing equipment, laboratory consumable items, and other products. The Distribution of Conformity Assessment Technology segment provides marketing and distribution of the group's online cloud-based applications which are developed in-house. The company was founded by Shu Geok Ooi and Moi Me Chong in 2006 and is headquartered in Perai, Malaysia.
