FOOTBALL SEASON $MGMFootball season is here! NFL and NCAA football bring in the most volume/revenue for the books.
I used the BARS PATTERN tool and captured the 2020-2021 season (August 5th- Feb 8th) then moved it over to the upcoming season. There's are a ton of different factors that effect price action
but I think this is a nice start to charting out the season.
$MGM shorting vegas...Need some hedges, for now I'm shorting Vegas on potential of mask mandates, cancelled trips etc..
MGM Ready to Short?NYSE:MGM has a big rounded top pattern that looks ready to break. Today's bar pierced through the trendline convincingly and I think it is ready for a big drop.
Strong setup, weak market conditionIt looks like; we have some ascending triangle patterns however, I have some concerns.
We had a big red candle, after the earnings announcements.
I am planning to wait for a smaller pullback, if we manage to hold that 41.14 level (which is very important), then I will go long.
MGM ready to move upSelf-explanatory wedge, MGM is ready to move up the resistance line around $42.35. TP at $55

Scenario: buyback at the bottom of the long trend channel @ MGMI'm waiting for a pullback, so I've set a buy limit order at the bottom of the long trend channel @ MGM. Technical support: 36.6 + arriving MA(200). Fundamental support: The governor of Nevada said the casinos and hotels are gonna open on 1th June. Target price is 44.5 USD.
MGMClosed out some calls on this today. Looking for it to bounce around and consolidate in the 40-45 range.

MGM swing trade MGM should benefit with the cycle into reopen stocks, Johnson and Johnson news and also stimulus
In a the beginning of a strong uptrend(yellow channel). even with the mass sell of on Thursday and Friday MGM still held its channel which aligns with its fib at 36.70.
I'll be swinging this to its channel top or mid 40's, which ever one comes first.

MGM hits 52 week high amidst this week re-opening trades trendMGM Resorts International (MGM) has announced that 24/7 hotel operations will resume at three of its Las Vegas properties — Mandalay Bay, Park MGM and The Mirage on March 3rd. The three properties had previously been operating with selective midweek closures as a result of lower business volumes due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As part of the reopening, MGM Resorts will enact what it dubbed a "Seven-Point Safety Plan" to ensure health protocols are met.
