SAG Holdings Ltd. engages in the business of distributing automotive and industrial spare parts. It operates through two business segments: On-Highway and Off-Highway. The On-Highway business segment supplies a range of genuine OEM and aftermarket parts for use in passenger and commercial vehicles bearing either the manufacturer’s brands or its in-house brands in the automotive industry. The Off-Highway business segment supplies a range of components and spare parts for internal combustion engines with focus on filtration products in the marine, energy, mining, agriculture, oil and gas construction sectors. The company was founded in 1975 and is headquartered in Singapore.
