Bitcoin midterm and short term BEARISH,Increasing VolatilityI am currently bearish again in BTCUSD. After hitting all time high in December 2025 as expected BTCUSD was not able anymore to increase gains. THE LONG TERM TREND IS BULLISH; BUT MID AND SHORT TERM TREND bearish. Above 100.582 although it seems that bulls gain power, the bears attack fast and successfully the bulls. (orange area). In the chart you see how I dvided the prices into two categories(red+green areas) OR WHERE BULLS (green) and bears(red) have control. AT 100K;9560 specially volatility increases fast, a sign that these areas are fought by both powers. In these ares mayn false signals and false breakouts on both sides are possible.(fire) A drop below 90560 leads BTC to 81229,73k and 68,7K Below that area we will face a choppy but volatile market. The increaisng of volatility gains power of news,(also fake news), sudden catalysts.So be aware specially in those areas. The long term POC(Magnet sysmbol) is located at 49559 now.That is very important as these locations are very big magnets and attracting the price. Addressing the debt ceiling, which will be reinstated on January 2, is still on the list of congressional Republicans’ New Year’s resolutions. However the simplest way to look at it is that price has created it's support and resistance and you know the principle buy at support and sell at resistance, so since price is quite bullish i would advice buying at the support indicated by the blue zone. BEAT-COIN? (BTC PROBABLE MOVE)Alright, we seen expected price action movements to the downside (maybe not expected by some retailers Lol) and now there's a crazy number of questions being; one of it is where is it really going to end up before the new year? Well... I can't say for sure, I can only really predict the next price in short time. In my chart above, I've marked out key infos; you can see the HTF point of interest taken from the 4H chart, where by candle wick; "price almost disrespected the fair value gap (had this happened by candle body, we would have an inversion gap that would be a support for a bullish move), but most encouraging (not for investors); price respected the 62%-79% fib levels which marked our O.T.E and it started dropping (potentially marking an end of the retracement move). But while I'm still a little skeptical about this vague movement all around, I moved over to the 15M timeframe for further forensics (Lol) as it may be beneficial to Currency, and perpetual traders. You would notice a liquidity sweep and if you draw a trendline liquidity from $92,149 up to the O.T.E level, you would see liquidity being taken out however you try to bend it; which may confirm our sentiment (but still not satisfied). I've marked out a key area in the chart that I expect should be broken, and if it is; we will have the market structure shift and look to take position. My next predicted price range is $95k - $89k. Bitcoin: the $100K again in 2025 The Holiday season on the Western markets impact the lower trading volumes and lower volatility on the crypto market. This came as a short rest, after extremely volatile November and December. Regardless of a recent drop in value, still year 2024 was excellent for BTC and the crypto market, as the coin managed to reach additional milestones. The first BTC exchange traded fund was approved by the SEC in 2024, when BTC was further included into the mainstream market. The second milestone was a break of the $100K level, which was the next milestone for the price of BTC. The all time highest level for BTC was achieved in December, at the level of $107.800. The futures market continues to be optimistic when it comes to the price of BTC in the year ahead, implying a possibility that the BTC might reach a new ATH during the next year. Of course, there are always unpredictable moments, so the sensitivity of BTC will continue to hold and in this sense, its higher volatility. During the previous week BTC was trading in a relatively shorter price range, from $93,7K up to $99,7K. Still, during most of the time, BTC was testing the $95K support level. It could be expected that the BTC will close this year by testing this level. The RSI moved further from the strongly overbought market side, down to the level of 45. This is indication that the market is slowly eyeing the oversold market side, which might occur somewhere at the beginning of 2025. The MA50 continues to strongly diverge from MA200, without any indication of a potential slowdown in the coming period. For the week ahead, it should not be expected to have any kind of high volatility on financial markets. The New Year short holiday is ahead, in which sense, trading volumes will not be the ones which could move the market to one or another side.
