PTON UpdateI totally forgot I drew up an enormous H&S pattern months ago, lol. Played out perfectly. Anyways, I'm throwing up this plot because daily MFI went oversold yesterday. It can still go down until RSI goes oversold, like I've been saying all week, nobody besides the algos are buying this, how many people are thinking "Hey, there's a war in Europe, let's buy stock in a money losing exercise equipment company"? But anyways, algos might buy because it;s oversold, or it might SFIX it's way to $11. Could go either way from here

PTON - PnF Verticals (A case study)Couldn't get 'em out the door fast enough. :o) Remember? From the first vertical measure, it was apparent that a selloff be quite a set back. While these targets are only estimates, they can provide some valuable insight into what may lie ahead. With the TL break, a 2nd measure could be done, and this one was the one to grab one's attention. Again, no guarantee either (2 or 3 fib levels) would be reached, but it did point to the possibility. Those that apply verticals have undoubtedly seen enough examples to take heed of what they suggest. Sometimes the "2s" do the work, others the "3s". They're no panacea, but who thought PTON could "go low" to the extent it did. PnF can be a great complement to candle charts (it doesn't have to be one or the other). Each has it's advantages. Something to consider. :o)

PTON Priming for run up?????I've had my eye on PTON for the last 2 weeks...It appears to be forming a bottom for a potential entry point...I have no money in this stock YET as there is still a potential for another drop to Mar 2020 levels...It has had some nice news with potential buyers and replacement of CEO...They missed huge on earnings (which was to be expected) but I see potential in this stock...My first price target would be the 100MA at the $55 level...There is a GAP fill up to $85ish but I think we bounce around from $25 to $50 range until better news and earnings...Happy Trading!!!!

Peloton (PTON) - Rising in the time of uncertainty 🤷-Great interest on this stock but is it worth it? Well lets take a look at the company and the situation. -Peloton’s shares soared almost 21% on Monday, closing slightly above the company’s debut price of $29, as the beaten-down connected fitness company attracts interest from outsiders. -Thus far, reports have named Amazon and Nike as potential suitors. One analyst thinks Apple is “aggressively involved,” too. But all talks are preliminary, and Peloton has yet to kick off a formal sales process -For one, CEO John Foley along with other Peloton insiders had a combined voting control of roughly 80% as of Sept. 30, making it practically impossible for any deal to go through without their approval. Baird analyst Jonathan Komp said in a research note on Monday that Foley likely won’t be willing to sell, unless there is enough internal pressure stemming from Peloton’s recent stock sell-off. -Financially company is not really doing well as the Q2 2022 results were a total disaster with an EPS of -33% and Earnings -1.51%. This year alone the stock fell 79% from its former price point. Another big issue financially is that the company is not in profit and won't be for the future 3 years. With the current economical situation where the economy might get unstable after the rate rise, any unprofitable company is at a great risk. Golden rule, positive cash flow is the king! But we think the biggest issue is that they have less than 1 year of cash runway.. -Revenue vs Market: PTON's revenue (16.9% per year) is forecast to grow faster than the US market (9% per year). This is good! -High Growth Revenue: PTON's revenue (16.9% per year) is forecast to grow slower than 20% per year. Not so good for a company that is expected to grow faster than the industry and the market average. Our Target Price: 1st Target: $35 2nd Target: $24

Your chance to unload in case you were in it..Whats the "headlines". Amazon is buying PTON.. Nike is PTON. How about Burger King or CVS? Maybe Lowes will buy PTON. I think you catch my drift. I would not want to be holding Peloton. I would not short it.. well, I would but I am not. Out of 8000 tickers, there are better things to be in. Someone is unloading their PTON and as always, gets some headlines put out to get all the kids excited that have no idea what they are doing and they think PTON is going to 4000 one day. Nike is buying them! Amazon is buying them! Dump this garbage. Buy in a few months if you want, there will be decent percentages to be made, even with just a lower high.

Bias more on upside. 06/02/2022 News: Amazon is exploring offer for Peloton and shares surge 30% after market. Peloton's sales boomed during COVID-19 lockdowns, with many snapping up home fitness equipment. But its fortunes began to fade as vaccinations increased, gyms reopened and rivals offered competitive products. In November, it hinted that demand for its exercise bikes and treadmills was slowing faster than expected, and its market capitalization since then has shrunk to about $8 billion from a peak of nearly $52 billion in early 2021.
