Following the high, BTC has experienced a sharp pullback, breaking below the $99,860 support level and currently trading near $93,569. The pullback reflects a correction of approximately 14% from the peak. Bearish Divergence on RSI: RSI Divergence: While price made a higher high at $108,300, RSI formed a lower high, signaling a loss of bullish momentum. RSI is now trending below 50, confirming bearish short-term momentum. RSI will eventually make it to oversold, but that could be far down the road. Still worth noting that it is only at 40, so there could be a long way to go if the correction continues. Bitcoin: pain is your gainOne more week which was close to heart-attack for BTC traders. It was very challenging to keep the common sense, and understand such a strong sell-off of the BTC. However, books are saying that the markets are always right - so probably they were right also this time. The BTC price entered into strong correction after the FOMC meeting. It was not pleasant news that the inflation is going to persist in 2025 and that the Fed will cut “only” 50 bps, but how much it can actually impact BTC liquidity? The only explanation for developments during the week, was market overreaction, same as with equity markets. In one week, BTC reached its new ATH at $108K and a tumble toward the $92K. It was indeed a challenging week, even for BTC, which usually has a higher volatility. But it also shows fragility of market sentiment. However, on the opposite side, a strong overbought market was holding from November this year, indicating that the potential reversal might come anytime. The RSI is currently moving around the level of 50, and is not ready to take a path toward the oversold market side. The moving average of 50 days continues to strongly diverge from MA 200, without an indication that the indicator could change the course soon. Although the BTC market is the 24/7 one, still, it could be expected that the Holiday season during the week ahead might affect some calm down of the BTC price. BTC is ending the week with a target of $100K for one more time, which might occur only if the resistance line at the $ 98K is breached. On the opposite side, corrections are also possible, especially now that the RSI reached the level of 50, however, the extension of it will depend on some higher players on the market. Namely, as interest rates are not going to be cut as initially expected, borrowed money will not be so much at disposal to investors, in which sense, they will use the week ahead to wage how much more cash flow can end up in BTC in the year ahead.

BTC - Wave 5's Are Generally Strong - Watching the RallyBitcoin continues to show strength here as many sit on the sidelines waiting for a pullback or the perfect setup. So why we patiently watch our trade play out, many others are still naysayer and when they jump in, well that's our time to exit stage right! Not a lot to update as Bitcoin attempts to take out the 100k level. The question remains, how much more gas is in the tank before we get the next corrective cycle? History shows that wave 5's are generally a very strong impulse move at the later stages of a rally. Going back to 2020-21 that final move was a 125%+- move from wave 4. The prior wave 5 minor in this current cycle's wave 3 was a 90% move. So absolutely there is some room to run here and though my initial target is 130k I would not discount a move to potentially 150-170. From the naysayers you will here "It's too high can't buy the highs" which is about the stupidest thing to say. Of course there are the moon boys who will be calling for 250k but not getting tooo much hype yet. As for the naysayers, often they will talk technicals and a lot of BS, but then not want to buy into a high. Why is that? I have no idea. Was NVDA too high at 100 after a 10 bagger? Was TSLA too high at 250? I don't get it? In order for an equity to make a new high, it has to take out the old one. IF an equity is continuing to make high after high, well why wouldn't you buy that? I am not so sure this next corrective wave is going to be the typical 70-80% pullback, but can't discount it because history repeats. However I am not sitting on the sidelines waiting. We are in and letting our trade play out. If you are not in this move because of a trader's advice, well you may want to find a new trader to follow. This was a no brainer, even Jim Cramer was bull at 100k. Why? Because it simple, equities making new highs tend to make new highs. Don't be afraid to buy into a high if your equity is strong, after all Scared Money Don't Make Money!! Not going to fill your head with a lot of BS technical jargon, Bitcoin is bull, the chart is Bull, you should be Bull! Your stop keeps your losses at bay, not staying out of the market. Sure you don't lose money watching Bitcoin rally, but you ain't making it either!

bitcoin dips below 60kbitcoin dips below 60k, but we're unfazed. i see this playing out as we move into the depths of winter,,, this crypto winter ❄️ why would this happen, you ask? the answer is simple: a stop-loss raid. a sharp wave 4 designed to shake out weak hands. distribution may have already started, hypothetically speaking, but it'll take the rest of the year to unfold. think of it like the jan 2021 -> april 2021 vibe, only on a slightly higher degree and timeframe. --- take note of the highlighted wave 2's and wave 4's on my chart. what i'm illustrating is "the law of alternation," which states: if wave 2 is flat, wave 4 will be sharp, and vice versa. all the wave 2's in this cycle have been flats, so by design, all of our wave 4's are set to be sharps. this fits neatly into the larger cycle: sharp retracements triggered by over-leveraged positions, yet consistently bought up thanks to strong demand. with each sharp retracement, however, the upward moves become smaller, as momentum gradually fades. --- w4 target: below 60k w5 target: between 150k-200k (conservatively). --- ps. i have recently shared a much more bullish idea via:
