Mid/Smallcap || Recovery As Expected, What now? The Midcap and Small Cap Index have shown signs of recovery as anticipated in my previous analysis. The index is now trading above the 20 EMA Band in the 2-hour timeframe (TF). However, several key conditions must still be met before we can confirm a sustained bull run:
1. 2-hour RSI should cross above 75 to signal strong upward momentum.
2. Daily timeframe (DTF) RSI needs to exit the Bear Zone.
3. NIFTY50 is still awaiting confirmation to move out of the Bear Zone, which would provide broader market support.
Mid/Smallcap || Nearing Key Reversal Zone? Many traders focus on midcap and small-cap stocks, so this index movements can significantly impact portfolios. However, stock selection is crucial; choosing stocks in a downtrend or sideways movement often limits potential upside.
Index Analysis:
1. RSI for Midcap and Smallcap Index in the daily timeframe (DTF) is close to oversold zone
2. 2hrsTF RSI is already in ovsersold zone, however there’s an RSI positive divergence in the 2-hour chart, a bullish indicator,
3. the index sits within a support zone, suggesting a possible reversal.
Market Outlook:
Limited Downside Expected: Significant further declines in midcap and small-cap may not be likely. Even if they dip, a recovery within the same 2-hour candle is possible.
Key Resistance:
A confirmed bull run may require the RSI to break above 75.

Hope for the Best

Growing Divergences in Small vs Large CapsWhat do the labor market and the stock market have in common? They are both showing a huge divergence between the fortune’s big companies and smaller companies.
From 2009 to 2021, the large caps in the S&P 500 and the small caps in the Russell 2000 moved more-or-less in lock step. Since the end of 2021, however, investors in the S&P 500 have earned a 9% return. Meanwhile, investors in the Russell 2000 small caps are down nearly 20% from the index’s peak.
U.S. Labor Market Survey Data
We are seeing a similar divergence in U.S. labor market data as well with a huge gap developing between two different surveys conducted by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. The establishment survey, which is a survey mainly of big businesses, shows over half a million jobs were created over the course of December and January. By contrast, the household survey – which polls 60,000 American families each month and does a better job of capturing job creation among small and mid-sized firms – shows 1.2 million jobs have been lost in December and January, and nearly 700,000 people have left the labor force altogether.
The Impact of Interest Rates
Why would small businesses suffer while large companies prosper? One reason might be interest rates. Many large companies have significant cash reserves which are now earning 5% returns as a result of Fed rate hikes. Also, many large companies financed themselves by issuing bonds when yields were low during the pandemic. By contrast, many smaller businesses do not have large piles of cash earning interest in T-Bills. They typically borrow from banks and suffer the effects of higher rates more quickly than their larger counterparts.
The good news for small firms is that if and when the Fed begins to cut rates, their stocks might outperform the big guys in the S&P.

The rise of the AI cryptocurrenciesThere's a cryptocurrency related to AI called PAAL AI that has surged 2000X from its low last year. I know, it surprised me too!
Afterward, I examined some of their partners. One of the most affordable in terms of market capitalization, at just $1.7 million, is VUZZ AI.
While I'm uncertain if it will follow the same trajectory, I believe it's worth noting.
On February 8th, 2024, they announced that VuzzMind joined the Google Cloud Partner Advantage Program, which is quite impressive!
SHRAP trying to break above weekly OBShrapnel is the first AAA FPS in web3 with an outstanding US-based team and strong community.
Update on SHRAP - it's been recovering nicely after a 60% retrace, and now is trying to break about the weekly order block previously set on it's initial run up, clearly helped by AVAX's recent pump.
SHRAP may encounter resistance here and retrace before it pushes above this significant level. If/when it does, expect ATH / price discovery soon after.
Happy Trades,
CD

CheckDot CDT/USDPossible great buy zone for CheckDot for long term hold. This insurance projects marketcap is ONLY 1,4 Million. I think this project is vastly underated. I'm looking for 20-100x for this hold in a few years. Patience is needed.
If price breaks the 200EMA zone, I'll take my calculated risk and wait for next big opportunity around 13 cents OR buy back if price gets back on top of the 200EMA zone.
As long as we have a DEFI which is has crazy amount of hacks, insurance will play a big part I believe.
Last year 2022 investors lost 3,8 BILLION due to crypto hacking.. That's a ridiculous amount.
Remember as this is a really small marketcap crypto it is quite illiquid.
Lets also check few things from weekly and monthly charts

SHR/USDT finally reaches its bottomSharering has just announced some massive news, namely that they have been certified as a digital identity services provider in the UK, which means they are now able to offer their digital identity solution for labd registry purposes in the UK. In other words, they have essentially partnered up with the UK government.
cointelegraph.com
We are talking about a coin with currently a $3.5m marketcap. This news comes right as the chart has formed a perfect double bottom pattern on the weekly, and is sitting near the all time low.
I think buying SHR right now carries relatively low risk for how small of a marketcap the coin has, because it is already completely bottomed out, and once people catch a glimpse of this news and the chart, they will for sure feel some FOMO.
The only thing currently preventing this coin from starting the inevitable moonshot, is the fact that this news is going completely under the radar and nobody is talking about it.
Once this chart starts to take off, there is some huge potential profit to be made. A 10x could just be the beginning.

GRI Bio periodic pumps
GRI Bio recently underwent a 1/30 split on April 24th, accompanied by a merger/restructure of Vallon Pharmaceuticals. The stock price immediately tanked approx. 50% in the following days. The price has held above the low of $5.50 on April 26th for over a month. Based on past performance, this stock has a tendency to jump 30 to >200% in a single day. GRI Bio has touted the merger and restructuring will bring "near term" value to stock holders, and perhaps a catalyst will emerge in the coming month(s). I think this is a safe long with stops at $5.50 or thereabouts. A jump to $10 or higher seems reasonable, but will likely retrace immediately.
SKL/BTC clear bullish divergence on the weeklyJust noticed this bull div on the weekly SKL/BTC chart. I found this after I was already bullish on the SKL/USDT chart, as it is in a slow and steady uptrend now after basically forming a double bottom and looking prime for a breakout in the next few days. I'm looking for a big and fast breakout towards the $0.04 - 0.05 range (current price is hovering around $0.029.
