Closed above T-line last weekly doji - BULLISH - 20ma resistanceLooking very good setup, we seem to be holding the T-line this week. once 20ma gets broken we should see a great move up to 12p in time.
Director been buying a huge amount so news must be coming.
Chart looks amazing and if we get the T-line crossing the 20ma upwards then it's full steam ahead.
unbiased as I don't hold any shares but will WOPE (watch, observe, plan & enter)
Pennystock
Break of descending wedge - above 200ma - RSI breakoutPrice has closed yesterday above descending wedge and today we are rising in attempt to break the 200ma.
if we close above 200ma then not much resistance as there is no MA's above so it will be easier to move.
BFS is around the corner and could be released any day now so momentum is building.
24p is broker target which is over 100% from here.
Good luck all.
A potential break to come - to keep a watch - price above all MAAfter a few attempts at resistance level, I think we might be close to a break here.
Above 200ma at moment and RSI could be breaking above last peak tomorrow.
Price is above all MA's so not much resistance here towards upside.
keep a watch here.
non biased view as I don't hold any stock.
Price closed above 20ma & 50ma - bullish - CCI turning upside today's news on a TR1 pushed us back above the 20ma & 50ma which is bullish on the chart
RSI divergence turned green & CCI also turning to the upside, a few more days and we could be crossing the mid line
also on RSI we been slowly pushing higher then previous peak.
Target still around 87p depending on the setup at the time.
Holding from 49p on a swing up longer trade.
broken above trend line - next resistance 200maLooking to get to the 200ma before any retrace but except at some point for a close above the 200ma when further news lands
after years of a downtrend now the company with new direction & new BoD we certainly look for a brighter future.
T-Line crossed the 20ma & about to cross 50ma
Holding from 0.87p
50ma held - fundamentally strong & above all daily MA's My one & only mid term trade with a target of 75-80% profit in due time.
20 wells with oil/gas out of 23 is a huge record and they are set to double their production by year end.
above all Moving Averages and still strong holding the 50ma.
My entry was 49p.

closed above tline & 20ma daily - trend line brake soon?Today was a good day for HZM and we finally managed to make a move above 8ema & 20ma, hopefully we hold the 20ma and start moving to break the trend line and 50ma.
October is the catalyst for a Feasability study to come from Horizonte Minerals.
I believe the mcap should re-rate when we are closer and news drops.
Expect at least a target of 5.20+
SUWN is a sweet penny stockSunwin Stevia International is a company that manufactures and sells a range of neutraceutical products. Only looking at the charts, there is a possibility for a 2-3X profitable gain near-term. The gartley is one point of interest on the chart. If you play the gartley, buy to completion, sell at D or hold through extension to crab formation. Then sell and buy any momentum left after the retracements of C-D legs of either formation. Or, it may just turn around and climb from a month ago. Could be a way to side hustle a little money out of the market while no one is watching. ;) This stock has over 19 million shares outstanding.
LONG - 2 to 3 weeks target - 5p - 5.20p - above 20ma & t-lineG6 news to come from NTOG soon on production increase
CCI upside movement
Above 20ma and last week we closed above it, still above t-line
hoping for a cross from t-line with 20ma to drive this higher next 1-2 weeks.
stop loss at 3.72p
top up at 3.85p if that does retrace at some point.
Target 5p-5.20p
BULLISH weeks ahead - above t-line - 10p target short/term7.42p is the next resistance where 20ma is at moment but closing above that I can see quickly a move to 10p at least short term.
We closed last week above the t-line which is bullish, we might re-test it next week but closing above it will raise momentum for week after.
7.75p was the bottom and we seem to be on a start of a bull trend.
GST - Short term active tradeI made money on this stock several years ago during the fracking boom. At that time I bought at less than $3 and sold a little over $8. Since that time, I've kept my eye on the stock and have watched the stock continue to tank as OPEC demolished the small independent US oil companies. The stock price took a huge drop 7/20. While I'm sure there is a specific reason for the drop, my research didn't uncover one. Thinking the sell off might be over done, I look for an opportunity to grab some gains. It's a calculated risk and I pre-establishing my max allowable loss to keep risks low.
I bought at .0949
I've already sold 1/2 of my initial shares at .1675 (76.50% gain)
I have a limit sell order for the remaining shares at .23 (1.42%; total of 1.09% gain for the trade)
My stop loss is at .1338, which if triggered my total gain will be 58%.
$BIOAQ News Drops Stock with A great chance for a Major Bounce $BIOAQ's stock dropped more than 90% today presenting people who had not gotten in the play yet a chance to play a major swing trade for the potential of 200% or more ROI.
Here's why: Many people are suspecting Rick the current CEO to have gone rogue and put out a false PR today given that the company has been in the process of finding bidders to buy it. The PR put out today only has contact info for Rick and all PRs before had contact info for $BIOAQ also the PR stated the company is still in the process of finding buyers to save it giving a two week timeframe from now. Which means in the next two weeks (If the PR is even real and from the company directors and not just something the CEO put out himself without the other directors permission) buyers should be flocking back in taking it up to at least .045 or even .05 with an anticipated high of maybe even .06 if the FOMO is good enough. That being said the news as bad as it was wasn't the worse possible news the company could have gotten, it basically says there is a chance of saving it still, so the drop today was a major overreaction as is expected down here in the OTC.
This morning's Press Release:
BioAmber Provides Update on Sales Process
Jul 30, 2018
MONTREAL, July 30, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ - BioAmber Inc. (OTCPK: BIOAQ) announces that the current stage of the Sales and Investor Solicitation Process (SISP) has concluded without an acceptable offer having been received from a Qualified Bidder as of the due date of July 27, 2018. The company will now seek to obtain court approval to pursue liquidation as well as alternative offers in order to realize the greatest value on behalf of its creditors.
Moving forward, subject to the approval of the court and with support from its monitor or receiver appointed by the court, the company intends to:
•solicit liquidators to bid on the acquisition and disposal of the company's assets, including the Sarnia plant;
•continue to actively engage with Qualified Bidders and other interested parties to determine if, and under what terms, a transaction that would result in the continuation of the company's operations is still possible.
We estimate this process will be conducted over an approximate two-week period with a target conclusion date of August 14. The company will engage with Maynbridge Capital, its interim lender, and all other secured lenders to determine the best going-forward strategy.
"We are clearly disappointed that the Qualified Bidders did not place an acceptable offer for Bioamber," stated Richard Eno, CEO. "We will continue to be actively engaged with potential investors to seek an acceptable transaction and avoid the liquidation of the company's assets. Most importantly, I'd like to thank our dedicated and highly capable employees for their outstanding service to the company."
Potential investors can contact Richard Eno in order to express interest in acquiring the assets or investing in the business.
Note that there can be no guarantee that the company will be successful in securing further financing or achieving its restructuring objectives. Failure by the company to achieve its financing and restructuring goals will likely result in the company and its subsidiaries being liquidated. Liquidation will almost certainly result in no residual value for non-secured creditors and equity investors.
$BRVRF Trades Sideways In Anticipation of Filings$BRVRF a stock I bought at an average of .03 is getting closer to releasing updates about its mining. At this point in time it should be smooth sailing as it has hit major support today, with the time for the possible release of updates drawing closer and closer. There is also the possibility of a Reverse Merger with a Canadian Company on the horizon.
$DRUS Awarded Another Government Contract for 1-5 Years$DRUS
List of all Government contracts awarded in 2018 can be found here: govtribe.com
New ones have not been added yet, here is the news for the newest contract today: www.otcmarkets.com
I predict based on the overall long term chart and the constant acquisition of contracts that .50-$1.00 is not crazy but an actual realistic long term goal for this year.
BULLISH respecting the 50ma weekly - CCI turning to upsideThis chart setup is fantastic, it seems that it respects the 50ma weekly (blue) since April 2016.
also holding the 618 fibs from last rise.
I bought in last week at around 4.15p as I like the chart setup plus the Feasability Study is coming up in a few weeks, around August I believe.
$BIOAQ A little context for the inquisitive investor
Accidentally privately published...linked idea
Ok yeah, we all see a wedge forming. Great. Here are a few reasons why I'm accumulating a "q" stock.
Here are the books:
www.stockhouse.com
A little backstory:
Bioamber 23.23% used to trade on the NYSE under the ticker BIOA
On 5/4/18 they filed for Chapter 11 protections.
The ticker was given the q tag and delisted to the OTC
PPS 0.00% plummeted from an from an ATH -1.32% around $14 to around $0.004
On 6/18/18, the court ruled to allow DIP financing to keep Bioamber 23.23% afloat while they sell company to highest bidder.
www.prnewswire.com
This company manufactures bio-succinic acid using a proprietary process in addition to a lot more IP 0.49% and the recently built plant.
patents.justia.com
www.bio-amber.com
The cool thing is that the bankruptcy court set a timeline for the sale of the company.
investorshub.advfn.com
The third party monitor assigned to oversee the process (PWC) released 7/18/18 that they received 7 LOIs to purchase...two of the bidding companies were named and they're both billion dollar companies: Greenfield Global and PTT Global Chemicals.
www.pwc.com
Greenfield Global is Canada’s biggest ethanol producer with four plants and some packaging/bottling sites. Private company, but going for 30 years. Very eco-friendly and community minded, they do various projects with government support and are part of national effort to meet Paris Accord Climate Change Targets (unlike certain neighbors we could mention, cough). The feelgood local choice.
PTTGC is Thailand's largest petrochemical and refining company, an arm of state owned giant PTT, whose revenue last year was US$64.2 billion. Committed to finding eco 0.64% friendly solutions and another community minded corp, they always pays a minimum 25% of net profit as a dividend.
“PTT Global Chemical – Better chemistry for better living”
*Credit to NestEgg McMuffin on ihub for the DD -1.04% on the bidding companies.
The next steps in the timeline are:
7/27/18 Deadline for binding offers
7/30/18 Deadline for acceptance of offer
7/31/18 Execution of sale
So 7/31 is the big day; it could easily sell for a price that translates to a price per share of $1 to $2 to ....?
Also, it could fall apart or the common stock could get screwed and go to 0.
Very exciting.

Comment: IMO The two biggest questions to ask yourself:
1. Will the commons be wiped out or excluded from the proceeds of a sale/liquidation?
If you believe so, close your position. If not, lock in your longs.
2. What will purchase/liquidation price translate to PPS?
It's hard not to get starry-eyed over valuations...your guess is as good as mine, but I think it's safe to say that $0.061 pps with a market cap of 6.9M is a tad undervalued.
Just my opinion on a couple things:
Judge Pinsonnault and PWC have shown they're acting in Bioamber's best interests (DIP financing, KERP, etc.).
I think it's possible that PWC consulted the judge in releasing two bidder's names in order to give other bidders that are low-balling,a bit of guidance for a competitive bid..."if you want to play with the big boys (aka PTT and Greenfield) then you've got to get your big boy check book out."
I guess we'll see come 7/31.

WATCHING for 7.66p where 200ma / support / 786 fibs will beLooking for 7.66p where the 200ma might possibly cross as well.
There is a chance of this level to hold due to previous support as well but it lost the 50ma which makes me think we could see 7.66p at some point.
they previously did a placing at 9p which is something to think about.
Unbiased view - BULLISH - above 20ma weekly not since June 2017Above the 20ma weekly and if 50ma weekly is broken get ready for a big move.
Unbiased view as I'm not holding but see a tremendous upside from this levels.
It might take a few days/week but anything close to the T-line (8 EMA white line) & 20ma (orange) is a good price
Support 786 fibs & holding - break trend soon - CCI bullish upAt support 786 fibs and with price congestion.
I assume most sells are people closing shorts that held from the top and MM's gathering shares before any news, I tried to buy some more shares a few days ago and they didn't have any.
