KASPA - Poised for an Upward Trajectory (TA+TRADE PLAN)Technical Analysis of KASPA (KAS/USDT)
Falling Wedge Pattern:
The chart indicates a classic falling wedge pattern, a bullish reversal formation. The price is approaching the breakout point where resistance has converged with support, as marked on the chart.
The breakout above the resistance line suggests a potential upward trend.
Volume Analysis:
A spike in trading volume near the breakout area confirms increased interest and possible momentum shift.
Momentum Indicators:
VWMCipher B Divergences: Displays bullish divergence, supporting a potential price increase.
RSI (Relative Strength Index): At ~27, indicating oversold conditions. This signals a potential upward price movement as the asset appears undervalued.
Arty Money Flow Index (MFI): At ~24, indicating an oversold condition with possible accumulation.
Stochastic Oscillator: Oversold levels at 32.5, crossing upwards, indicating a buy signal.
Potential Targets:
Short-Term Target: $0.14 (breakout confirmation).
Mid-Term Target: $0.18 (previous resistance level).
Long-Term Target: $0.22–$0.24 (major resistance zone from earlier trends).
Risk Level:
Support at ~$0.12. A breakdown below this level invalidates the bullish thesis, making this a critical stop-loss level.
Trading Plan
Entry Points:
Initial Buy Zone: Enter near the breakout point (~$0.128-$0.132) to capitalize on bullish momentum.
Confirmation Entry: Add to the position once price closes above $0.14 with strong volume.
Stop Loss:
Place a stop-loss slightly below $0.12 (e.g., $0.118) to limit downside risk if the breakout fails.
Profit-Taking Strategy:
First Take-Profit (TP1): At $0.14 (~10% gain) to secure initial profits.
Second Take-Profit (TP2): At $0.18 (approximately 40% gain from entry).
Final Target (TP3): $0.22-$0.24 for long-term holders seeking maximum gains.
Position Sizing:
Allocate 2–5% of your portfolio, depending on your risk tolerance. Keep capital reserved for potential averaging down if needed.
Trailing Stop:
Implement a trailing stop once the price exceeds $0.18 to lock in profits while allowing room for further upward movement.
Risk Management:
Maintain a Risk-Reward Ratio of at least 1:3. Adjust trade size to manage risk effectively.
Monitoring:
Regularly check volume trends, RSI levels, and significant market news affecting KASPA.
Be cautious of overall cryptocurrency market sentiment, as broader trends often impact altcoins.
This falling wedge setup, combined with oversold indicators and volume confirmation, suggests KASPA is primed for a bullish breakout. Stick to the trading plan and employ disciplined risk management to maximize returns while minimizing potential losses.
Kaspa
Technical Analysis for KAS/USDT + TRADING PLANTechnical Analysis for KAS/USDT
Chart Pattern:
The Head and Shoulders 2X pattern (highlighted in orange) is forming, which suggests a potential reversal. This is a bearish pattern when it completes.
The neckline for the Head and Shoulders pattern aligns around the long support 1 (green line). A decisive breakdown from this support could confirm the bearish trend.
Key Support and Resistance Levels:
Resistance Line (Red): This upward resistance acts as a price ceiling, aligning with the upper boundary of the channel. Current resistance is near $0.25-$0.30.
Long Support 1 and 2 (Green):
First support aligns at approximately $0.12-$0.14 (immediate support).
Second, stronger support lies near $0.09-$0.10 if breakdown occurs.
Intermediate Support (Blue): The long-term trendline below the neckline provides another zone of support.
Trend Outlook:
Short-Term (Bearish to Neutral): Price is consolidating near $0.14. The dotted path shows potential upward movement, but breaking the neckline could lead to a downside push.
Medium-Term (Bullish Potential): If the price holds support and breaks above $0.17-$0.20, Kaspa could return to an upward trajectory within the channel.
Long-Term (Bullish Channel): The broader channel remains intact, and price action could resume its uptrend toward resistance near $0.30.
Indicators Analysis:
Volume: Volume is relatively low, indicating low buying pressure. A breakout requires higher volume.
RSI (Relative Strength Index):
Current RSI: Near 54. This is neutral territory.
Observation: RSI must remain above 50 to support an upward trend.
Money Flow Index (MFI):
The MFI shows a slight upward trend at 32, which suggests weak buying interest.
Stochastic Oscillator:
Stochastic is near 12, indicating a potential oversold condition, which may lead to a short-term bounce.
Trading Plan
Short-Term Strategy (1-2 weeks):
Buy Zone: If Kaspa retests support at $0.12-$0.14, consider accumulating small positions.
Stop-Loss: Place a stop-loss below $0.12 to protect against breakdown.
Target 1: $0.17 (short-term resistance).
Target 2: $0.20 (key breakout level).
Medium-Term Strategy (1-3 months):
Breakout Trade: Enter long positions if price closes above $0.17-$0.20 with strong volume confirmation.
Stop-Loss: Adjust stop-loss to $0.14 after breakout.
Target: $0.25 (resistance near the top of the upward channel).
Long-Term Strategy (3-12 months):
Channel Trend: Continue holding positions if the price respects the long-term support levels and upward channel trendline.
Target: $0.30-$0.35 (upper resistance).
Risk Management:
Position Sizing: Limit exposure to 2-5% of total portfolio on each trade.
Trailing Stop: Use a trailing stop once price hits $0.17-$0.20 to lock in profits.
Kaspa remains in a critical phase with potential for both upward breakout or breakdown. Watch the $0.14 neckline and volume closely. Traders can capitalize on support bounces or confirm long positions above $0.17-$0.20 for better risk/reward setups.
Technical Analysis of KASPA (KAS/USDT) + TRADE PLANPrice Action and Trend Structure:
Uptrend Formation: The chart shows an uptrend leading into the formation of a descending triangle pattern. The price has seen a significant rise, but the recent price action shows consolidation within a triangular range, indicating a potential for either continuation or reversal.
Descending Triangle: The descending triangle is characterized by lower highs and a horizontal support level. This pattern typically signals a bearish breakout if the support level is broken. However, if the price holds the support and breaks above the resistance, a bullish move could be expected.
Current Price Levels:
Support Level: Around 0.1559 (a crucial level to watch for potential breakdown).
Resistance Level: Around 0.1645 (near the upper trendline of the triangle).
Target Zone: If the price breaks above resistance, the next target could be in the range of 0.19 to 0.22, where higher resistance is likely.
Volume Analysis:
Volume Trend: There is a noticeable increase in volume during the down move, suggesting market participants are hesitant, but not necessarily driving a strong sell-off.
The relatively lower volume during price consolidation could imply that the market is waiting for a breakout, either bullish or bearish.
Momentum Indicators:
RSI (Relative Strength Index): The RSI currently sits at 41.32, which is in the neutral zone. This indicates neither overbought nor oversold conditions, suggesting that the price could break in either direction, depending on the next catalyst.
VMC Cipher B Divergence: The divergence shows a potential weakening in the bearish momentum, which could be a signal that the downtrend might be losing strength. However, the market is still within a consolidation phase, so confirmation from price action is needed.
Stochastic Oscillator: The stochastic indicator is at 29.13, which suggests the asset is nearing an oversold condition, with potential for a rebound or reversal if the price breaks upwards.
Other Indicators:
Art Money Flow: At 40.63, the flow is in the neutral range, with no strong buying or selling pressure. This indicates that the market is in a waiting phase, with traders potentially looking for confirmation of a breakout.
Trading Plan for KASPA (KAS/USDT)
Bullish Scenario (Breakout Above Resistance):
Entry Point: If KASPA breaks above the resistance at 0.1645, look to enter a long position.
Target Price: Aim for a price target around 0.19 to 0.22, where higher resistance exists.
Stop Loss: Set a stop loss around 0.15, just below the key support level to minimize risk in case of a breakdown.
Risk-Reward Ratio: This strategy would offer a favorable risk-reward ratio, especially if the price targets are reached.
Bearish Scenario (Breakdown Below Support):
Entry Point: If the price breaks below the support at 0.1559, consider entering a short position.
Target Price: The target for this move could be 0.14, with the potential for further downside depending on market conditions.
Stop Loss: Place a stop loss just above the broken support (around 0.16) to limit losses in case of a false breakdown.
Risk-Reward Ratio: This strategy also provides a favorable risk-reward if the breakdown sustains.
Trade Confirmation:
Volume Confirmation: Ensure that any breakout or breakdown is accompanied by a significant volume increase, confirming the validity of the move.
Momentum Indicators: Use the RSI, Stochastic, and Money Flow indicators to monitor if the momentum supports the direction of the breakout. For bullish trades, look for an RSI above 50 and the Stochastic moving out of oversold territory.
Long-Term Outlook:
Should the price break the upper resistance and rally above 0.22, the next resistance zone could extend to 0.25 or higher, indicating potential for a longer-term bullish trend.
Conversely, if the breakdown below 0.15 results in sustained selling pressure, watch for deeper corrections or consolidation at lower levels.
Summary:
Watch for a breakout above 0.1645 for potential bullish momentum targeting 0.19-0.22.
Watch for a breakdown below 0.1559 for a bearish move targeting 0.14.
Ensure trade confirmation with volume analysis and momentum indicators.
By following this plan, you can effectively manage risk while taking advantage of KASPA's price action.
Bitcoin Dominance Broken Down: Time to shift to holding alts..The crypto market historically tends to move in cycles/phases, with BTC first pumping followed by higher market cap OG tokens, before the capital flows to the midcaps and eventually the microcaps and meme coins (which then marks the time to sell).
The BTC.D weekly chart had finally broken down below the red long-term support trendline, suggesting capital shifting into altcoins. Need another ~3 days for the current weekly candle to close below to confirm.
The Fusiongap {50/15} had also registered "bearish" on the BTC.D chart, which further supports this thesis.
Hence this suggest that it is safe to continue to DCA into mid-cap altcoins such as KASPA (KAS) with many higher mcap OG coins having already pumped close to their previous cycle ATH. Will start DCAing out of the market once the micro-caps and a kinds of memecoins start pumping, probably approx. in a year time.
KAS could break out of the rangeKAS is still within the bigger structure but on lower time-frames there is a bull flag suggesting continuation up. The most interesting aspect is the increase in volume on this last impulse. Yes, there is resistance above but if the bullish volume has enough strength a short squeeze can cause the price to expand.
Kaspa's Firestorm Wall📉 Current Price: $0.16 USD
🎯 Medium-Term Target: $0.23
🛡️ Key Support: $0.14 (0.618 Fibonacci golden ratio starting from the Nov 5th election-day pump)
🔥 The Firestorm Wall
KASPA faces a formidable challenge at its "Firestorm Wall" of resistance, spanning $0.17–$0.19. Over the last 185 days, KASPA has entered the bottom of the wall ($0.17) more than 10 times.
However, it has only breached the top ($0.19) 3 times. For KASPA to reach its medium-term target of $0.23, it must decisively break through $0.19. Once this happens, the rally could accelerate. 🚀
📊 Recent Developments:
Volume Uptick:
Momentum has increased after bouncing off both the $0.10 support and the bottom of the diagonal trendline.
Money Flow Index (MFI):
Current Status: Neutral (neither overbought nor oversold).
At the $0.10 support, the MFI showed overbought conditions, indicating a bullish recovery.
Golden Cross:
On November 11th, the 50-day MA crossed above the 200-day MA – a strong bullish signal on the daily chart.
📐 Technical Insights:
Yellow Dashed Lines: Fibonacci retracement levels, key zones for price interaction.
Breaking above $0.19 will clear the Firestorm Wall and likely propel KASPA toward $0.23 quickly.
KASPA is ready to launch. 🚀 All eyes on the $0.19 resistance!
KASPA IS GIANT - WAITING FOR MAJOR EXCHANGES - TRADE PLANChart Type: 4-hour (4H) timeframe.
Pattern Identified: A falling wedge pattern is evident, which typically signals a potential reversal to the upside, especially when the price breaks above the upper trendline (resistance) of the wedge.
Current Price Action: The price is currently consolidating near the lower boundary of the falling wedge pattern. The breakout above the wedge's resistance level is considered crucial for the potential upside move.
Indicators and Signals:
Volume (Volume Profile on the chart):
There is an increase in volume around the lower part of the wedge, suggesting accumulation as the price approaches key support levels.
A potential breakout could be confirmed by a spike in volume as the price breaks above the resistance line of the wedge.
RSI (Relative Strength Index, 14):
The RSI is at 43.20, which is neutral but nearing the oversold zone. This suggests that the market is not in an extreme selling phase, and the asset could gain momentum if the breakout occurs.
Stochastic Oscillator:
The Stochastic Oscillator is at 15.98, indicating that the market is in oversold conditions. If it crosses upward, it could further confirm that a reversal or upward movement is likely.
MACD (Moving Average Convergence Divergence):
The MACD line is above the signal line, and the histogram is in green, indicating bullish momentum. This is a positive sign for a potential upward move once the breakout happens.
Money Flow Index (MFI):
The MFI is showing green bars with an upward slope, suggesting positive money flow and investor interest in the asset.
HMA (Hull Moving Average):
The HMA shows a slight bullish bias with an upward slope, which complements the potential bullish breakout scenario.
Key Support and Resistance Levels:
Support Level: The lower boundary of the falling wedge acts as a key support level. If the price holds above this level, it will give confidence to the potential upward breakout.
Resistance Level: The upper boundary of the wedge is the key resistance level. A breakout above this will be crucial for confirming the potential bullish move.
Price Target: If the breakout occurs, the next logical target would be around the previous highs near 0.18 USD, based on the wedge's height.
Potential Scenarios and Trading Plan:
Bullish Scenario:
Entry: Enter a long position once the price breaks above the resistance level of the falling wedge (around 0.1285 USD).
Stop Loss: Set a stop loss just below the support of the wedge (around 0.1200 USD), to minimize risk in case of a fakeout or reversal.
Take Profit: The first target should be around 0.16 USD, and a secondary target around 0.18 USD if momentum continues to rise after the breakout.
Bearish Scenario:
If the price fails to break the wedge’s resistance or breaks below the wedge’s support, it would indicate that the price is likely to continue its downtrend.
Short Entry: Consider a short position if the price falls below 0.1200 USD, confirming a break of the wedge's support.
Stop Loss: Set the stop loss just above the wedge resistance at 0.1300 USD.
Take Profit: The target could be at lower support levels around 0.10 USD.
The KASPA chart shows a potential bullish reversal from the falling wedge pattern. The key factor for success in this trade will be the confirmation of a breakout with high volume above the wedge's resistance.
Utilize the indicators such as the RSI, MACD, and Stochastic for additional confirmation of the trade setup.
Risk management is crucial, with clear stop-loss levels set to protect against potential downside moves.
KASPA - TRADE PLAN + TECHNICAL ANALYSISTechnical analysis + trading plan for Kaspa (KAS/USD), assuming a bullish continuation pattern as the symmetrical triangle indicates.
Pattern:
The price is forming a bullish symmetrical triangle, generally seen as a continuation pattern in an uptrend.
Current Price:
$0.15529, with the price consolidating within a triangle pattern.
Resistance and Support:
The top line of the triangle represents resistance, while the bottom line is support. The price is expected to break above resistance if the bullish momentum continues.
Indicators:
RSI (Relative Strength Index): RSI is high, around 76.8, indicating overbought conditions. This could mean a temporary pullback before a breakout.
Stochastic Oscillator: It is also in an overbought range, signaling that caution is needed, as the price may consolidate further.
VMC Cipher B Divergence: Suggests bullish divergence with a momentum shift, supportive of a potential breakout.
HMA Histogram: Shows slight bearish momentum, which may indicate a minor pullback before the breakout.
Trading Plan
Entry Strategy:
Breakout Confirmation: Enter a long position if there’s a confirmed breakout above the resistance line of the symmetrical triangle. Confirmation can be a 4-hour candle closing above the triangle with increased volume.
Anticipatory Entry: If you prefer a more aggressive approach, consider entering near the support line of the triangle. This is riskier but allows a lower entry price.
Stop-Loss:
Place a stop-loss below the support line of the triangle, approximately around $0.140. This will minimize losses if the pattern fails and the price breaks downwards.
Take-Profit:
Primary Target: Measure the height of the triangle from its widest point and add it to the breakout point. In this case, the target could be around $0.170 - $0.180 if the breakout occurs.
Partial Profit Levels: Take partial profits at key resistance levels, potentially around $0.165 and $0.175, to lock in gains as the price moves up.
Risk Management:
Set position size according to your risk tolerance. A typical risk is 1-2% of the trading capital on a single trade.
Consider adjusting the stop-loss to breakeven once the price moves halfway to the target.
Monitoring the Trade:
Watch the RSI and Stochastic indicators closely; if they remain overbought and the price struggles to break out, there could be a consolidation or even a reversal.
Look for volume spikes on breakout, as they can confirm the validity of the movement.
Exit Strategy:
Exit if the price fails to break out or if there’s a breakdown below the triangle, which would invalidate the bullish setup.
Consider trailing the stop-loss to secure profits as the price approaches higher resistance levels.
$KAS broke major support and could face a significant drop!CRYPTO:KASUSD has been experiencing steady declines after failing to sustain higher levels over the past few months. It recently broke a critical major support trendline, signaling the potential for further downside.
This breakdown occurred after several attempts to push higher were rejected, especially around the $0.20 range, which had acted as strong resistance in the past.
The break below the trendline, which has held strong for months, signals that selling pressure is intensifying.
We're now closely watching how it reacts within the Supply Zone around $0.1251 - $0.1291. A rejection from here could accelerate the move downward.
Key Levels to Watch:
Short Entry Idea 1: Rejection from $0.1291
Short Entry Idea 2: Rejection from 4H SIBI at $0.1257
TP1: $0.1183
TP2: $0.1079
TP3: $0.0915
Expect further downside if CRYPTOCAP:KAS fails to reclaim these levels soon, as we could see it test Major Demand Zones below.

Will Kasia stay in the support zone?Hello everyone, let's take a look at the Kaspa chart in USDT pair, taking into account the time frame of one day. you can see here how the price has returned to the very important support zone from $0.177 to $0.0931, this is a very important zone because it is the last place of support before a strong price drop.
You can see here how the price is struggling to maintain the level in the triangle, from which we can see candles that are trying to pay off the triangle with the bottom, then the last support line is visible.
Looking the other way, when the price starts to rise again, first of all you can see the resistance at the level of $0.144, then the level at the price of $0.168 will be important, and then the very important resistance at the price of $0.208, which previously turned out to be the price peak.

Kaspa – Could this finally be the moment I'm right? TA + TPDescending Trading Channel:
KASPA is currently trading within a well-defined descending channel, with both resistance and support levels guiding its movement.
The price has consistently rebounded from the lower support line while facing rejections near the upper resistance line.
Potential Reversal Signals:
RSI (Relative Strength Index): The RSI is currently around the 39 level, suggesting that KASPA may be entering an oversold zone. This could indicate a potential reversal if the RSI crosses the 40-50 threshold.
Stochastic Oscillator: Showing a reversal from oversold conditions, implying a possible short-term bullish momentum.
VMC Cipher & HMA Histogram: The VMC Cipher indicator and HMA histogram are showing early divergence signals and possible upward momentum, indicating potential price strength if the pattern continues.
Breakout Probability:
If KASPA manages to break above the descending channel’s resistance with sufficient volume, it could signal a bullish breakout.
A breakout above $0.12 with strong momentum could potentially lead to a mid-term upward trend.
Trading Plan
Entry Points:
Aggressive Entry: Enter at the current price around $0.115, anticipating a breakout from the descending channel.
Conservative Entry: Wait for a breakout above $0.12 with a retest and confirmation of support, minimizing the risk of a false breakout.
Stop-Loss Placement:
Place a stop-loss slightly below the current descending support line, around $0.11, to limit potential losses if the price reverses downward.
Profit Targets:
Target 1: $0.14 (near previous highs within the channel).
Target 2: $0.16, aligning with the upper trend lines in a possible new uptrend.
Target 3 (Long-Term): New all-time high (ATH), estimated around $0.22 if momentum sustains.
Time Estimation for New ATH:
Based on previous price cycles and behavior, a bullish breakout from the descending channel could gradually drive the price toward a new ATH in approximately 2-3 months. This timeline considers consolidation phases and typical market momentum seen in KASPA's previous movements.
Risk Management:
Use 1-2% of the portfolio per trade to manage exposure.
Adjust stop-loss and targets as the trade progresses, monitoring for potential corrections or unexpected reversals.
This trading plan and analysis anticipate a bullish breakout based on the current technical setup. However, always monitor for confirmation and adjust for new market conditions.
Countdown to December: KASPA’s Potential Key Entry! It makes sense for this price trajectory to be fulfilled by December. It would be a great opportunity for those who missed the entire run in 2023—I only caught a small portion of it myself.
Regardless, I’ll start adding to a position type trade below 11c. If it reclaims 14c before moving lower, I may consider a deviation entry.
So, we have two scenarios now. It’s time to wait and see which one triggers first.
CRYPTOCAP:KAS
KASPA - IT'S ABOUT TIME TO MOVE IN UPTREND (TA + TRADE PLAN)Timeframe: 4-hour chart
Current Price: $0.133
Rising Wedge Formation:
Resistance Line: The upper green line represents the resistance level, which is slightly inclining upwards.
Support Line: The lower green line forms the support for this wedge. This support level is also inclined upward but at a slightly steeper angle than the resistance.
Pattern Interpretation: The rising wedge pattern, as observed in the chart, is typically a bearish reversal pattern. However, given the overall crypto market volatility, a breakout in either direction is possible.
Bearish Scenario: A breakdown below the support level would confirm a bearish trend, potentially leading to lower lows.
Bullish Scenario: If the price breaks above the resistance, it could invalidate the wedge pattern and indicate a bullish breakout.
VMC Cipher B Indicator:
This oscillator shows wave momentum, with the darker blue shading indicating downward momentum at present.
Current Signal: Mixed with a potential trend shift. A continuation of negative momentum would reinforce the bearish wedge breakdown scenario.
RSL (Relative Strength Level) Indicator:
The current RSL value is 51.83, indicating neutral territory. This suggests no strong trend is currently dominating but could indicate either upward or downward movement depending on further price action.
Stochastic Indicator:
Stochastic RSI stands at 41.60, which is in the lower-mid range, signaling the asset is neither oversold nor overbought. This neutral stance suggests a wait-and-see scenario for the breakout.
HMA (Hull Moving Average):
The Hull Moving Average histograms are slightly positive, showing marginal bullishness. However, the movement is not aggressive enough to signal a strong upward trend as of now.
Key Levels:
Resistance: Around $0.135 - $0.138
Support: Approximately $0.131 - $0.130
Psychological Support: The $0.130 zone is a critical psychological support. Breaking below this would signal a more significant sell-off.
Indicators Summary:
Momentum: Slightly negative to neutral (VMC Cipher B).
Strength: Neutral, with room for movement either way (RSL 51.83).
Stochastic RSI: Suggests no strong overbought or oversold signals (41.60).
Trading Plan:
Scenario 1: Bullish Breakout
Entry: If the price breaks and sustains above $0.135, it indicates a bullish breakout from the rising wedge.
Take Profit 1 (TP1): $0.145 (first resistance level).
Take Profit 2 (TP2): $0.155 (potential swing high).
Stop-Loss: Set a stop-loss just below the wedge’s lower support at $0.130 to manage risk.
Scenario 2: Bearish Breakdown
Entry: If the price breaks below the support at $0.130, it signals a bearish move.
Take Profit 1 (TP1): $0.125 (first support level).
Take Profit 2 (TP2): $0.115 (next significant support).
Stop-Loss: Place a stop-loss above the wedge's upper resistance at $0.135.
Risk Management:
For both bullish and bearish setups, adhere to a risk-reward ratio of 1:2.
Adjust stop-loss and take-profit based on market volatility and personal risk tolerance.
The rising wedge pattern indicates caution, as it is historically a bearish reversal formation. However, confirmation of either a bullish breakout or bearish breakdown will guide trading decisions. Momentum indicators and oscillators suggest neutrality, indicating that this wedge could break either way soon. Traders should remain vigilant for confirmation signals and place stop-losses to protect against unexpected volatility.
Kaspa | KAS (100X in Bear Market!)If Kas can jump 10000% in bear market, what will happen in bull market then ?
Well first of all Respect the pump and the beautiful chart pattern because while all world class banks dump like Ponzi scheme there are many solid projects in crypto that shines and shows crypto is the future of the finance and technology.
Kas still didn't list on big exchanges which means there are more liquidity and attention on the way but right now you should know the best case scenario for a token with 320 million dollars market cap is a billion which means almost 300% from here so don't do YOLO and jump in with hype
if you are in good gain then take some profit and have some fun and if you wonder whats the next Kaspa and crypto gem then you can count on our experts
KASUSD Can the 1D Death Cross really save the day???KASPA (KASUSD) has been trading within a Falling Wedge pattern since the July 31 top and is almost on the Higher Lows trend-line that started on the January 23 2024 Low. The key development of the day however, is the formation of the 1D Death Cross, a technically bearish pattern.
Last time it was formed though (May 16), it provided the basis for a strong rally that made a new High. Interestingly enough, the price was also coming off a Falling Wedge at the time that successfully broke above its top. In the meantime the 1D RSI was after a Bullish Divergence, essentially a bottoming process. In fact, it was the same formation of that the Falling Wedge before it (November - December 2023) had, that also broke aggressively above its top.
As a result, we have a potential triple bullish signal and as long as the Higher Lows hold, there are high probabilities of seeing the price break above the Wedge and target at least the previous High at 0.20800.
