Bearish Divergence in AUD/JPY: Short Opportunities Now.In the 1-hour timeframe for AUD/JPY , there’s a bearish divergence, with strong support just above and several high-volume zones at lower price levels. For now, I see good short opportunities at a premium price, while later on, the golden Fibonacci area could provide a great entry point for long positions once the price reaches that level. FX:AUDJPY

USD/JPY:Bank of Japan's Steady Rates and U.S. GDP Data to Shape The Bank of Japan (BoJ) concluded its two-day monetary policy meeting on Thursday by keeping its short-term interest rate target steady at 0.25%. This decision, while in line with market expectations, sets the stage for potential market volatility, as other global economic indicators could weigh heavily on USD/JPY movement in the coming days.
From a technical perspective, price action analysis reveals a notable reversal candle on the daily timeframe, aligning with a pre-identified supply area. This reversal is further supported by the Commitment of Traders (COT) report, which indicates that retail traders are largely bullish, while “smart money” or institutional investors appear to be shifting their positions to the bearish side. Seasonal patterns also suggest a possible start of a new bearish trend, adding weight to the likelihood of downward movement.
In addition, today’s U.S. Advance GDP data could amplify movements if it underperforms expectations, adding pressure on the USD and further supporting a bearish outlook for the USD/JPY pair. A disappointing GDP print could, therefore, accelerate a drop in the USD, setting up the pair for a potential shift in trend.
Traders and analysts alike will be closely monitoring these developments, as Japan’s steady rates, combined with potential U.S. economic softness, set the tone for potential volatility in the days ahead.

AudJpy- Good shorting opportunity of 500 pipsAfter an upward reversal in early August and a higher low in mid-September, AUD/JPY continued climbing to reach a local high around 102.
However, the pair has since stalled in this area, entering what appears to be a distribution phase. Currently, it seems to be testing a critical support level around 100.
A successful break below this level could signal an accelerated downward move.
A medium-term target for this decline is around 95, with an interim support level at 98—an attractive target for traders who are not so patient.

AUD Gets a Pullback . Are We just Before The Big Move up ?
AUD/JPY Analysis:
First of all, we can agree that AUD/JPY OANDA:AUDJPY is overall bullish.
However, after reaching the order block at the current levels, we might see a price retracement after a rejection. Historical performance suggests that we could experience a pullback later this week.
JPY Strength: The JPY PEPPERSTONE:JPYX seems to be gaining strength, at least for now.
Market Structure: We’ve got a swing CHoCH (Change of Character) on a higher time frame, indicating that a pullback before a continuation of the upward trend seems to be the right approach.
Gold Correlation: Gold TVC:GOLD is also at its highest, and a potential price pullback could align with the expected retracement in AUD/JPY.
Short-Term Outlook:
Short Position: In the short term, a pullback presents a good shorting opportunity for AUD/JPY.
We just got to The golden Fib level Had a Bearish Liquidity grab and got the minor reversal signal on the Oscillator Matrix. would be great to confirm the structure change on the lower Time Frame
Long-Term Outlook:
Long Position: Long term, the overall bullish trend remains intact, so longs are still the preferred direction.
For a major short, we would need to see the price reach significantly higher levels than where it is now.

Trump Trade & Japan Politics Push USDJPY Higher Trump Trade & Japan Politics Push USDJPY Higher
Japan's ruling coalition losing its parliamentary majority in weekend elections is currently weighing on the Japanese yen.
Adding momentum to the dollar's strength, long-term U.S. Treasury yields continued their surge, despite the Federal Reserve’s recent 50-basis-point rate cut. Traders perhaps now see little chance of a rate cuts when the Fed meets on November 6, just a day after the U.S. election.
Another key factor in the dollar’s rise is what’s being called the “Trump Trade” — a bet on Donald Trump's potential re-election. Should Trump secure victory and the Republicans retain control of Congress, his policies are expected to drive up the U.S. deficit and reignite inflation.
Bearish drop?USD/JPY is reacting off the pivot and could drop to the 61.8% Fibonacci support.

The yen falls to a three-month low amid political uncertainty in
Japan's ruling party has faced a devastating defeat in the general election, leading to a surge of political uncertainty that has driven the yen to its lowest in three months. If PM Ishiba resigns and is succeeded by the dovish Sanae Takaichi as president of the Liberal Democratic Party, concerns about the BoJ's plan to raise interest rates will intensify. This scenario will signal that Japan may be losing its political and policy-stable status, resulting in a long-term stalemate in the Japanese stock market.
USDJPY sustains a solid uptrend within the ascending channel, finding support around 153.00. The gap between both EMAs widens, sending out a bullish signal. If USDJPY breaches the resistance at 154.00 and then crosses the ascending channel’s upper bound, the price may continue its uptrend toward 157.80. Conversely, if USDJPY breaks EMA21 and the channel's lower bound, the price could fall further to the support at 150.80, where EMA78 coincides.
USDJPY needs to pay attention to the BOJ meeting on ThursdayThe Bank of Japan will make a decision on interest rates this Thursday and the market currently expects the bank to leave interest rates unchanged.
At about 10:00 Hanoi time on October 31 (Thursday), the Bank of Japan will hold an interest rate decision. As fears of a recession in the US ease, the Bank of Japan may signal that its policy outlook will be less dovish.
Recent data shows that Japan's core inflation remains under upward pressure, but the Bank of Japan will likely continue its "wait-and-see" approach at this week's meeting. The market will closely monitor the quarterly outlook report, as well as changes in the Bank of Japan's assessment of risks to the US economy and the recent depreciation of the yen.
Technically, after being limited by the 0.618% Fibonacci retracement level, OANDA:USDJPY has dropped to get more support from the upper edge of the price channel. Along with that, maintaining price activity above the 0.618% Fibonacci level will be a positive signal for the uptrend in the near future.
Currently, USD/JPY is likely to test the 154.525 level in the short term, more so than the 155.222 level with an upward trend from the near-term price channel.
However, the room for USD/JPY's price increase is no longer too wide as the Relative Strength Index (RSI) is reaching the overbought level, signaling corrections to occur. But as long as USD/JPY remains in the price channel, it still has an uptrend in the short term, and as long as it stays in the price channel and maintains price activity above EMA21, it still has an uptrend in the medium to long term. The current price drops should be considered a short-term correction without changing the main trend.
In the immediate future, the uptrend of USD/JPY will be noticed by the following technical points.
Support: 153.365 – 151.866
Resistance: 154.525 – 155.22 2
Buy EUR/JPY Bullish FlagThe EUR/JPY pair on the M30 timeframe presents a potential Buying opportunity due to a recent downward breakout from a well-defined Bullish Flag pattern. This suggests a shift in momentum towards the Upside in the coming Hours.
Key Points:
Buy Entry: Consider entering a Long position around the current price of 164.33, positioned close to the breakout level. This offers an entry point near the perceived shift in momentum.
Target Levels:
1st Support – 165.42
2nd Support – 166.05
Stop-Loss: To manage risk, place a stop-loss order below 163.70. This helps limit potential losses if the price unexpectedly reverses and breaks back upwards.

CADJPY: Accumulating under the 1W MA50. Low risk buy.CADJPY is on a healthy bullish 1D technical outlook (RSI = 59.003, MACD = 0.700, ADX = 25.174) as it hit this week the 1W MA50 for the first time in 3 months. Rejection or not, historical price action shows that every time it tests it coming from a bottom on the 2 year Channel Up, the price breaks it and goes for a HH. The 1W MACD just made this week the new Bullish Cross and the last time it did so on such a low level, it was on April 3rd 2023, exactly at the start of the previous bullish wave. We expect initiallt the price to approach the R1 level, which is our Target (TP = 118.000), like the price did on June 26 2023.

USD/JPY - Trendline Breakout with Potential Buy Opportunity"USD/JPY has just broken out of a trendline resistance. I have identified a green zone as a support level below. My idea is that if the price pulls back to this support zone, we could see buyers step back in, offering a strong opportunity to go long and push the price higher. Waiting for confirmation of a bounce in this zone before entering a long position.
