GME
Possibilities for a strong move upwardIn the image above there are some strong trendlines that pass through the yellow rectangle. Two are particularly strong, and two not quite as strong.
The downward trendline cuts through the other three, and I believe one of those will be where we see a drastic upward movement.
Why?
It's a uhnch, really, but I believe that this is a heavily manipulated stock so otherwise recognizable patterns might be distorted. I don't think we'll see a significant upward move above the downward trendline until the price action establishes itself along one of the upward ones. It's essentially a wedge, but with lots of downward pressure from synthetic positions. That, of course, can only last so long. It may take until the last week of August, but I see it happening before then. The completion of this loosely shares the same timeline as my prior post about e-minis. I see emini's upward climb failing in mid Aug.
GME Using Algo KeyCode I have two pathsIronically they are opposing each other. So Its the same advice I always give. wait for price action to decide which path it will follow when you see it respecting one of the trendlines. Its most likely going to follow that trend line. right now they both share the space that is coming out of the keycode. Its on an hour long chart so just keep checking it until it produces something that lines up with what you found on your own DD.

"the grand heist"this is not financial advice.
i've never quite seen anything like this before in my life - not even crypto.
treating this stock as a learning experience for my own personal research, nothing more.

if the og apes could pull this one off - then the future generation of millennials will be reading about this in their history books for the many years to come.

MARKET ALPHA'S GOLDEN CROSS - TLTNASDAQ:TLT
Here is my take on a common trading strategy that uses the 50 and 200 moving averages to indicate a trend change.
In my version, I use two multi time frame EMA's. One runs at an input of 26 and the other runs at 104.
Typically these kind of crosses will involve a retest and sometimes may fail, but if the trend holds true in a reversal we can usually see pretty large gains.
As always, don't get over confident and always know your stop loss and take profit levels.
I can't see this going on past the second week of August. This tightening wedge on decreasing volume...I mean?
How much longer can this go on? I know the markets can stay irrational for longer than anyone can stay solvent, but how long can the markets run on fumes and run the Repo market into the red simultaneously?
This is going to get ugly.
Apes, Mafia, who plays better? who has grater chance of success?Sapiens came to dominate the world because it is the only animal that can cooperate flexibly in large numbers. Prehistoric Sapiens was a key cause of the extinction of other human species such as the Neanderthals, along with numerous other megafauna.
Evolution is a change in the characteristics of living things over time. As described by Darwin, evolution occurs by a process called natural selection.
Natural selection is the process through which populations of living organisms adapt and change. ... Through this process of natural selection, favorable traits are transmitted through generations. Natural selection can lead to speciation, where one species gives rise to a new and distinctly different species.
Now my question is:
Can 10 million apes defeat a small number of the elite sapience equipped with AI by behaving like apes?
The best way to answer this question is to learn to play "Mafia"
Mafia, also known as Werewolf, is a social deduction game, created by Dimitry Davidoff in 1986. The game models a conflict between two groups: an informed minority (the Mafiosi or the werewolves), and an uninformed majority (the villagers). At the start of the game, each player is secretly assigned a role affiliated with one of these teams. The game has two alternating phases: first, a night role, during which those with night killing powers may covertly kill other players, and second, a day role, in which surviving players debate the identities of players and vote to eliminate a suspect. The game continues until a faction achieves its win condition; for the village, this usually means eliminating the evil minority, while for the minority this usually means reaching numerical parity with the village and eliminating any rival evil groups.
Night
All players close their eyes. The moderator then instructs all werewolves to open their eyes and acknowledge their accomplices. The werewolves pick a "victim" by silently gesturing to indicate their target and to show unanimity then close their eyes again.
A similar process occurs for other roles with nightly actions. In the case of the seer, the moderator may indicate the target's innocence or guilt by using gestures such as nodding or head shaking.
Werewolves discussing whom to kill during the night
The night may be accompanied by players tapping gently to mask sounds made by gesture.
Day
During the "day" phase, players vote on whom to eliminate
The moderator instructs players to open their eyes and announces who "died" the previous night. Discussion ensues among the living players. At any point, a player may accuse someone of being a werewolf and prompt others to vote to eliminate them. If over half of the players do so, the accused person is eliminated and night begins. Otherwise, the phase continues until elimination occurs.
According to some rules, the role of dead players is revealed; according to others, it is not. In both cases, dead players are not permitted to attempt to influence the remainder of the game.
Because players have more freedom to deliberate, days tend to be longer than nights.
Game theory
Mathematical study
Mafia is a complicated game to model, so most analyses of optimal play have assumed both (a) that there are only townsfolk and Mafiosi and (b) that the townsfolk never have a probability of identifying the Mafia that is better than chance. Early treatment of the game concentrated on simulation, while more recent studies have tried to derive closed-form equilibrium solutions for perfect play.
In 2006, the computer scientists Braverman, Etesami, and Mossel proved that without detectives and with perfect players the randomized strategy is optimal for both citizens and mafia. When there is a large enough number of players to give both groups a similar probability of winning, they showed that the initial number of Mafiosi m needs to be proportional to the square root of the total number of players P, that is With a simulation, they confirmed that 50 Mafiosi would have almost a 50% chance to win among 10,000.
I believe the WSB scheme could be designed based on this game theory!
I have played many Mafia game many times, and whoever who played this game many times know that Mafias has a higher chance of success!
According to a 2021 article:
A single detective changes the qualitative behavior of the game dramatically..!
Play smart..!
Listen to the detective..!

Institutions Taking Advantage of Early BTC Dip BuyersCOINBASE:BTCUSD
Bitcoin has been a sell since 63,500 and hasn't looked back up since.
The future may be digital but the realized and unrealized gains now.
Dip buyers are struggling to keep even the bearish channel intact. Unlikely to see higher levels before we test under 30, even then... 20k is in the crosshairs.

IBM CONFLUENCE RESISTANCE - GAP ABOVE - ALL IN ON IBMAll,
I think IBM is primed to breakout big time downtrend is almost broken and would regain a lost massive support of an uptrend. If this gaps or breaks above I kid you not I will be closing other positions and going long call options with 2-3 month expiration on this and scale in every dip this could hit 180s with ease after breaking.
KURA - UPDATE - ON LONG TERM SUPPORT CONFLUENCEAll,
I think previouis post I had my lines slightly off which of course makes a difference I think we are on confluence support and beyond oversold/downtrend has to at least pop somewhat in my opiniong even if its $4-5. Looking for a bounce soon between weekly/daily change then getting 5-10 OTM options for calls or could do it now with maybe Aug/Sept.
PENN - WAIT AND SEE BIG MOVE UP OR DOWNAll,
PENN is WW here. I need a break both ways to enter unless you want to do a 1:1 ratio short puts to calls same timeframe or short term PUTS and long term calls 2:1 (bullsih bias) overall. Personally just would wait and see.
Bullish Bias- Positive ER not necessarily factored in yet due to downtrend / resistance. Would need to do a ltitle more digging on fundamentals to see if it was already over priced, but has alreadyh came down a bit to begin with. SEMI more bull biased, but see bearish bias.
Bearish Bias- Broke important trend AND looks like a H&S on Daily.
$QS!! 1000% RETURNS... WATCH THIS SHORT SQUEEZE **High Watch Alert**
-Getting into some longs this thing squeezing hard AF here's a few things to look at:
-massive squeeze on the daily meaning we need to look for long contracts
- 15% short float
-above $32.05 is the green light for us but I am scaling into long positions.
-the bounce can possibly take us to new highs but this needs a little more time to pop
-I'm getting in while I have the chance
KOSS - Price Spike Inc. KOSS has exhibited high price spikes on the last 4 up moves and it may repeat that behavior. The 4-hour chart helps illustrate the short-term duration of the recent price moves.
Indicators, lower trendline, and wave structure supporting a potential reversal soon.
Further KOSS has made a higher high the last three up moves, so the expectation is that trend continues. Obviously the question is how high. Not sure as the sell-offs have been swift.
The weekly chart appears to support more up - potentially significant more up, with a large bull flag formation evident on the log setting. However KOSS has thus far rewarded very nimble traders.
The SI% and borrow rates for KOSS remain high, but this condition has been in play for a while now and thus far hasn't resulted in significant short covering IMO. Perhaps soon.
Not financial advice.
No Apes in this Jungle - AMCThis is pretty savage. The Tiktok and Socktwits promoters likely had no mercy on their followers.
I expect a quick pop retest but that's only going to provide more liquidity for the short side to enjoy more gains.
Be careful who you follow. No one should ever promise you profits.
A better look..One thing about it , two things for sure . Bbby is an amazing company. Let me tell you something , my wife spends hours at this crap place and some how ends up maxing out my card. Never fails , rather her max it out there than maxing it out at hotels getting pipped up by her side dude like she did last time. I can see this trading sideways till we finally take off , looks like it’s waiting for gme to follow .
Game Stop [GME] - 7/15/21 - It's going DOWN. Here's my analysis on GME. It's been weakening for a month and we just got a death cross. Not a good look. Headed down for the foreseeable future. Must hold at Support #1. If it can hold, that's a good sign. If it breaks below that, it's gonna be a LONG summer. If you're still holding at that point, I'd probably just HODL and move on to other stocks and wait until the next time it pumps. In my opinion, this is a very RISKY asset. It's a pump and dump. My approach to trading this would be to enter when it creates a floor... and then sell for profit when it gets pumped. Rinse and repeat until this stock no longer is being pumped and dumped and they move onto the next one.
Not financial advice, but just my thoughts after observing GME over this past year and hearing all the rumors and theories out there. The idea of a MOASS is keeping investors from selling when it gets pumped and even has investors buying HIGH. This can be a recipe for disaster. From my observation of these meme stocks, this is a risky game here, especially for new investors/traders. Don't worry about facing off with the "hedgies". That's likely to be a losing battle and that's not worth the headaches. The way I'd approach it is to get in at a low price when it drops... then sell after it pumps and take my money to the bank. Rinse and repeat until it's no longer being pumped and dumped. The reason we trade/invest is to make money. Gains are not guaranteed. We can't fall in love with a stock and we can't fall in love with an idea. We have to take profits when we see profits. In the end I could be wrong and the MOASS could be coming but I wouldn't bet my life savings on it. Maybe grab a couple of lottery tickets at the most. Just my 2 cents.
