Trend line drawn horizontally against 2.618 shows a double bottom formation which further emphasizes a bull rejection Other patterns on the chart include a Rising Wedge which shows a clear top point Price (bars pattern) placed around the 2.618 area are just estimations, the main takeaway is a recovery at 2.618. CHART ANALYSIS: In my previous ETH post, I showed you that ETH is forming a triangle pattern and we found a breakout but it did not move according to the pattern. This is simply because everyone is talking about the same pattern and market makers never want more than 90% to be right, so they manipulate the price action. So we have to be extra cautious at this time. Now coming to the chart. Eth is forming an ascending triangle pattern on the 2-hours time frame. The direction of the breakout will determine the next step for ethics. Our target is $2.5k if eth breaks this wedge (closes above $2.3k) or if eth breaks through this triangle (closes below $1.9k) we should target $1.5k Let's wait for the breakout or breakdown then we will decide our next move. Ethereum is approaching significnat support. There is a blood bath on the Crypto market and, of course, Ethereum is not making an exception. Although I'm strongly bearish on the medium term, at this point I expect a correction. In Eth's case, the price is approaching a strong support zone and a speculative buy trade can have good chances of success. Looking at the posted chart we can clearly see the level that I'm talking about and the Ethereum can have a relief rally towards 2k from this zone. CHART ANALYSIS:- As we had mentioned in our previous chart that ETH will break and will gain some % that happened till now very well. ETH also broke the $2890 level resistance and that resistance becomes support now. Here I am expecting a retest to the support zone which will be more Strong to take entry for a shorter time frame. According to the current scenario, ETH will be facing another strong resistance level which is the $3150 level which ETH needs to break for a bull rally confirmation in long run.
