XAUUSD | Expanded Flat W2 CorrectionMy thesis regarding gold is simple—an Expanded Flat correction for Wave 2. The primary rationale for this determination lies within the retracement on completion of the initial 5-Wave move up on completion of WA. From my perspective, this retracement exhibited insufficient depth to be counted as a W2. Reverting to what I call the Elliott Wave Theory paradox, if it is not a W2, it must be a WB. Therefore, the following move completed WC of WB, with PA now residing in W1 of WC of an Expanded Flat which is forming as W2. I expect PA to push to the 1.618 FIB to confirm that the bottom is in before launch. Safe Trading.

XAUUSD LONG SCENARIOThe precious metal has gained more than 8% since Hamas attacked Israel. While the war will continue to drive haven flows toward Gold, further price gains also hinge on the Fed’s rate cycle nearing an end. This will result in retreating US yields, reducing the opportunity cost of Gold.(Source: FX Street) From Technical Aspect, XAUUSD is forming Wave C of (2), expect the price break 1986.85 as Bullish Confirmation. Quiet London sessionHello ladies and gentlemen; Although today is not a holiday, we will enter the London session in the coming hours, where no data will be received. The most important data of the day will come at the beginning of the New York session. Considering the unemployment data that came 2 weeks ago, I expect today's data to be lower than expected. According to the chart, I expect the retracement towards the 4h major OB to continue. I currently have a short position open and I reset the risk by placing a stop loss at the breakeven level. When you examine it, there is a slight risk of reaching that level and getting stopped, but I think this probability is very low. I think we will continue the day in a short direction after the correction of yesterday's downward movement is completed. I will also share the other transaction I will receive today. Mixed DayHello everyone; Today, we will receive inflation data from the UK and the European Union in the London session. Inflation in the UK is still expected to remain high. However, things seem to be getting better in the European Union. Later, we will see construction data from the USA in the New York session. According to these data, the construction sector is expected to recover compared to the previous month. Recently, I read a report about this situation and that representatives of the construction industry in the USA were negotiating to prevent interest rates from increasing further. That's why this data is of particular importance to me. Above all, today there will be a visit from the US government regarding the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. I expect that with the latest developments, Israel will be forced into a ceasefire, even if it is a small one. In this case, we can see an appreciation in the USD index. COSMOSUSD Elliott wave intraday count 4H TFWatching for evidences wave ((2)) ended 6.772. A clear break of 7.069 pivot will be a good evidence to continue up. Also we may have another low if price break 6.722 as wave ((a)) has not reached 1:1 ratio with wave ((c)). If break it we are expecting to bounce into the 1:1 ratio ((a)) vs ((c)) where we have 0.764 fib retracement of wave 1 and the bottom line of the channel.
