003 PIGGISH PLAY - ER Long - CRWD - Enter Post-Retracement $66003. Piggish Play - CRWD ER Long
- Company is a strong, recent IPO
- Sector is hot, IPOs are hotter, ER whisper vs. consensus is very positive
- Chart is rare because it is a very bullish 2019 IPO with a perfect Fib-fitting in place already
- Usually recent IPOs can be difficult to play, but this one had the Corona-luck of drawing out key areas
-Instructions are in chart for how I''m playing it.***
**Will not be entering until broader market correction lightens in volatility.
***Alternative Entry if it does not retrace all the way to $66 week before earnings: Downward Approach + Hold $70
Piggish Rating: 92/100 because it is an unproven IPO, after all.

Long Gamestop Inverse Head and Shoulders GME Fail Neckline BreakGamestop is set to rally ahead of earnings . Gamestop has never been this cheap since 2003 and it is has a much stronger brand name recognition than before. Earning estimate is -.35, but Gamestop $GME was one last non essential stores set to close in March. With gaming stocks on a rampage, Gamestop is expected to beat expectations. It is a quarantine stock and a economy re-opening stock since it has generate huge revenues through its online sales. Inverse head and shoulder with a strong bounce off of the throwback. Smart bears closed shorts at the inverse head. Bears looking to short this under $4 will help with the short squeeze when $eBay breaks to all time highs. This has the same setup as Zoom $ZM.
Raytheon (RTX) - Pull back or breakout? Here at YouCanTrade, we have been keeping watchful eye on defensive stock Raytheon NYSE:RTX , which has been trading below its 8 day EMA over the past 2 weeks of trading. The last two days of positive market activity has helped Raytheon pullback to its 21-day moving average, which could be a signal for taking a position in the direction of the downward trend. However, the option volume tells a slightly different story. The current call volume for RTX is 14,500 calls, largely outweighing the 5000 puts traded today. That is nearly 3 times as much volume on RTX calls than puts.
So, I am going to watch this trade idea and put it to the test.
As of 12 pm ET on May 19th, the RTX 59 strike puts expiring June 19th, 2020 are trading at a mid-price of $2.50. I am simply going to monitor the price change on this put option over the next few days to see who got it right. The bulls? or the bears?
Draft Kings is a Monster - Long Live Sports BettingsDraft Kings I personally believe is worth double what it is now. However, sports not being played all that makes it scary for investors. With news on earnings today I think you see a big time change. I think it will consolidate in the corner forming an ascending triangle and breakout the top. If it doesn't I also marked put options where to enter and wher to check on the way down.
Personally I am long not just on 30% rev earnings, but I love draft kings myself, their customer support, overall experience and its a money making machine with little overhead.
Home Depot $HD - Key Levels NextAt top of range but can breakthrough, keys to look at. It is at Top of BB band and has usually respected that. Healthy pullback very likely. Thing is though, post pullback, I believe we approach that 239 range and beat it. If we break, which is often what is occurring with HD, we likely go further and test ATH. Will follow up on this when the time comes. Check out the strength in this stock! Wait till pullback or set a buying area, I say between that buy zone I placed to begin accumulation.
C calls set to expire on Friday (5/8/2020)I think C could make a move up to 50 or above this week. I saw some really cheap calls on C this afternoon just before market close. At a 0.03 premium, I picked up call contracts for the 52 strike set to expire 8 May 2020.
I'll be looking to sell the contracts if price makes a move to 50 or above.
I'm risking less than 1% (0.0935%) of my account balance.

Stock Price--$218.18
Expiration: May 15, 2020 (May standard)
Strike: $220.00
Cost of Trade/Ask Price: $5.45
This one is going to be a quick turn around due to short term Expiration. I think HD is good for the long term, but I chose this short term position for three reasons:
(1) Affordability--Go too deep In The Money and it gets expensive really fast
(2) Price of Stock proximity to Strike at time of position entry--Just a touch over two dollars puts me In The Money meaning a higher ROI in a
shorter amount of time
(3) Bid-Ask Spread price--I looked at the Spreads of other Expirations and other Strikes and didn't like them. This Spread at time of position
entry was thirty cents ($0.30 or a $5.15 x $5.45 Spread). Most other Spreads on other Strikes were a couple dollars apart.
