10Y-02Y US bond yield spread completes Ichimoku cloud backtestSince early 2021, the 10Y-02Y yield spread (an early bellwether indicator for a coming US recession) has undergone a long and deep inversion. Fears of economic instability as 10 year yields sharply rose in fall of 2023 eventually subsided as stocks rallied to close the year. However, the year also ends with a sign that another sharp increase in the yield spread could be coming sooner than most suspect.

Volatility expected after clearance of the arcs containing BTC
BTC is trading within a very narrow range.
There may be reasons for the exceptionally low volatility, one of which might be provided by arc analysis.
As can be read from the chart, BTC has been contained in a crosspoint of the arcs.
By scrolling the above chart, it can be seen how well the arcs have served S & R.
Coming out of that area, BTC is expected to slowly recover its volatility, perhaps within a couple of days.
If the arcs are strong resistance, 18K or higher prices are less likely, esp. in HTF.
For the expected upside move, please look at my related idea below.
Another Decending Triangle?
This is the sequel of my related idea .
The arc resistances indicate the possibility that BTCUSDT might experience fractal formation after the breakout of the left descending triangle.
If another minor Descending Triangle is forming, BTC will still trade within the range for a while before the bearish continuation develops to its full scale.
Market Tutorials: Creating ArcsHope you are well!
For this tutorial, the topic is how to create arcs using an angulation method.
First, take an axis. This axis is down to up. Observe and determine whether it fits better as a 8x1 or 4x1 - or 1x8 and 1x4.
Once that is determined, place the geometric angles onto the axis, and use the 1x1 angle as the axis for the arc.
Grab your favorite arc tool such as the fibonacci circles, speed resistance arcs, or the gann box. Place the arc over the image and be sure the arc aligns with the box created from the angulation method.
Tip:
Be sure that the arc is circling the square, so the arc will only tip the edge of the square rather than end inside of it.
The height of the original square to use comes from the height of the initial axis used to create the angulation.
The intersection of the height of the square and the 1x1 is where the arc should tip the square.
The final height and width of the true square comes from the height and width of the arc measured from the horizontal and vertical portions of said arc.
Enjoy! Be well!

Geometry: Ellipses on an Adjusted AxisHey! Hope you are doing well!
In both charts the native resolution is five minutes.
In this example, the ellipse is precisely derived from the angulation of the move.
In this example, the ellipse is derived through various harmonics.
Enjoy! And be well!

Geometric, trendlines and fib structures for mapping bearWe have crossed the 10% correction on Nas in rapid manner. The wise investor has a roadmap, doesnt blow their load in one go.
Using an arc that originates at covid low and terminates at the oct 2018 high, intersecting a long term nas trendline that captures pre 2018 support.
fib extensions of the spring/breakdown zone that we experienced between 15.5k and 16.7k point to (1.618)12.875k, and (2.618)10.44k.
fib retrace from 2018 low place a focal point almost exactly at nas 10k. The arc provides room for upside and criteria for breakout from the bear market.
This doesnt need to be a bear market, (we can V shape back to 'normal' again), but quantifying protracted downside can help map things out.
If you dont prepare, then prepare to get smoked! -queso_lord
Peso correction - USDMXN LongThe Peso has had a smaller run to the upside and institution have been peso long. However last data showed an increase in shorts on the peso and therefor
we think maybe we will see USDMXN going higher.
This is one of our favorite pairs to trade and maybe its because of the tequila =)
Happy smart trading!
